WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The Leadership Talent Track Trainee Program will prepare you for your future role as a leader at Daimler Truck, Daimler Buses or Daimler Truck Financial Services in various German locations.
The 18 months Leadership Talent Track offers you the following aspects:
Onboarding within predefined home area
Work within different projects, also abroad, that are related to your homearea
Get to know our customers
Build up an intercultural and social network
Get access to various training and development offers, e.g. regarding our leadership culture
Get support and guidance by your personal executive mentor
After 18 months of successful and intense training you will return to your home area. Your new skills, experiences and your global network will be supporting you on your journey towards a leadership position.
Your home area could be in one of the following departments:
Our IT departments are responsible for shaping the IT infrastructure for over , users in over locations worldwide. We operate 24 hours a day, days a year and provide scalable, secure IT infrastructure solutions, cloud platforms as well as innovative solutions for the digital workplace for MB Trucks Powertrain, Sales & Aftersales & Daimler Buses in Europe, Mexico and Latin America
The mission of the Global Shopfloor System team is the development, maintainance and operation for IT Systems, to provide everything our production & maintaince departments need. We are currently shaping our future by building up our new landscape based on existing solutions and developing new ones
